Tuesday Social Lunches
This group meets once a month on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Spencer Denney Centre. The doors open at 11:30 for a 12:00 lunch and close at 13:00. There is a set two course meal and most dietary requirements can be catered for and we ask you to discuss your needs when you book. Cost is £10 a head.

Bingo and Quiz afternoons
These groups meet at 13:00 on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month for Bingo and a Quiz respecfully. These are social groups with refreshments aimed at having fun while doing something. Cost of refreshments is £1 for both. Bingo is 50p per card, as many games as fits in the hour and there are prizes for a line and Full house. The quiz is £1 per team and there are prizes for the highest score.

Dementia Cafe
The Dementia Cafe meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 10:00-12:00 for fun activities, refreshments and chat. Activities will be available for all levels of ablity and focuss on reminsceing and having fun. £5 per head and carers go free.

Afternoon Tea with Tunes
This group meets once a month on the fourth Tuesday in each month 13:00-15:00 for afternoon tea and an hours entertainment from a live performer. Please ask for up coming dates. Cost is £5 a head. Sunday Lunch Club
Is held on the second Sunday of the month, at the Spencer Denney Centre, when we serve a three course roast dinner. The Club will be open from 11:30 with lunch at 12:30 and closes at 14:30. Morning refreshments will be served at tables on arrival. Booking is essential by telephone. Cost of a Sunday Lunch is £12 per head.

Telephone Befriending
This service involves a weekly call with a volunteer for a chat and catch up. The call will last up to 30 minutes and will be with a matched volunteer. We vet all our volunteers and talk with you both about what you enjoy, your outlook on life and interestes before we introduce you to someone. Our aim is to find someone who you will enjoy having a chat with. Just in case we will give you a call and check that everything is going well and if not look at whether you would like to be introdcued to someone else. This Service is free.

Meals on Wheels
This service is available to people living within Windsor, Old Windsor and Datchet. It runs Tuesday through Friday and delivers a hot two course meal to people. Meals will be delivered 12:00-12:45. At present there is a set menu however we can accomadate most dietary requirements and there is a vegetarian option each day. At present we cannot produce Vegan meals and cannot source Halal meat. We ask that people sign up to receiving meals every week but this can be just one day a week. There is no contract and to cancel you give us a call the day before you wish to stop. The cost of a meal is £6.50.
For those on income or disablity related Benefits we can offer a discount to £5 a meal.
Qualifying Benefits: Pension Credit, Income Support, Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Employment and Support Allowance (Income based), Job Seekers (Income based), Carers Allowance- for the named people (i.e. the carer and cared for), Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance.

To qualify we will require proof of your current entitlement to the benefit, either as a copy of the letter or emailed photo. We must be able to clearly see you name, the date of the letter, the stated entitlement and for what period it has been granted.
