Trustee Vacancies

Age Concern Windsor was formed in 1988 as an unincorporated Charity. In March 2018 it was converted to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
Age Concern Windsor is an independent, locally-funded and governed charity, separate from Age UK. We have signed a Friend of Age UK Berkshire and Age UK national agreement, that allows us to use the Age Concern logo.
Trustees of the charity are volunteers, the day-to-day operations are delegated to the Chief Officer and other members of staff, and to an extent, the volunteers.
The Board of Trustees currently comprises the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, one voting member and is actively looking to expand its number and its skills, as the organisation itself expands into new areas of work.
